At CurrentBody, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused beauty devices and skincare products to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to return your items for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that some hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address for your region.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel using a tracked postal service and retain your proof of postage; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
